Finished Dragons of Winter Night

I finished the second Dragonlance book two days ago.  Am planning on starting the third book later on in the month.

I still see some Christian similarities to this series.  In the first book Raistlin noticed two constellations were missing, those of  Paladine and Takhisis or the God of good and the God (or godess) of evil.  It is suggested that when constellations disappear from the sky, the gods are walking in the earth.  Well Jesus walked as a human when he first came to this world to die for our sins.  At the end of times he will return to set up his thousand year reign.  During that time-seven years before Jesus' return-the anti-Christ will walk the earth, lying and deceiving people.

The setting in Kyrnn is similar to what the world will be like during the tribulation.  People are going to be swayed by the anti-Christ.  In the dragonlance books, people get swayed by the lies or the dragon highlords.  Many places throughout Krynn lie in ruins.   Friends will become enemies and will not blink an eye at killing people they once loved.  One great example is when Kitiara-one who turned to evil-killed Sturm-a knight who once was her friend.
